Nope.. but if they wanted to, they could be on here.. Typically, it's because most big bank loan officers are not really loan officers.. they are merely application takers.. they do not have the proper training and education to understand how to find the right loan for each individual scenario.. this is why folks get so frustrated when they use the big banks.. you apply with one person, never to hear from them again because you've entered the "Machine".. there is no personal service.. and God forbid you have any flaw in your past.. your loan will most likely be denied.. Although Wells Fargo is big, they have a limited number of loan products and much more conservative guidelines for lending. Not sure what list you are referring to, but it really doesn't matter. It is a well documented and proven fact, that the best places to get a home mortgage loan is with your local mortgage broker.
