We all believe in you... But in mortgage lending, it is more than just believing. The industry pretty much has a set bunch of guidelines. You either fit the guideline, or you don't. I suggest talking to a local mortgage broker in your area. Let them review an application. They can then zero in to see what your current situation is, do you qualify today, or what you may need to do to qualify in the future.
More info needed, but in general, if you are delinquent on your loan.. it's unlikely you will find anyone willing to lend to you,,, there are certain loan programs which might allow a one time late payment in the past year with a good explanation, but aside from that, you wont have many options. I'm a preferred Lender with Arizona and California being my primary markets. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com NMLS# 226347 / RPM Mortgage NMLS 1541014 / AZMB0121893
