Hi Hayden513,How much you can qualify for is going to depend on your total monthly debt but to give you an idea here's some numbers. With your income and monthly paymentys (car loans, credit cards) of $2,200, you could afford to have total mortgage payment over $2,600 per month. That amounts to a purchase price of around $425,000 with an estimated tax & insurance monthly payment of $600.00.| Please feel free to contact me for more information or help. | John Burke | Senior Mortgage Banker | Great Plains National Bank http://www.valoansdoneright.com | (877)228-9069 | Lending in ALL 50 states
