we need insight re: mobile home mortgages versus single family

no there are a lot of items on a mobile home that are not included in a single family home for one , age of the home,, can not be earlier than 1978, in a park ? no financing, what type of foundation, skirting on the mobile home,, sometimes you need a engineer , $$$$$ for site inspections. single wide , vs double wide .. my dad made a very good living owning the first mobile home sales in mesa , az .. but still there are a lot of hoops to jump thru linda

I wouldn't worry about which loan is easier. I'd simply be concerned about what you can get in your affordability range.
