More info needed.. but on the surface, there's no such thing as a no document loan.. There are alternative document loans for borrowers who choose to provide bank statements as proof of income vs. tax returns, guidelines vary based on the lender who does your loan, but we lend in UT and NV and we have several investors who will do 12/24 months bank statements to support income..
