want to get multiple loans at same time to purchase multiple investment/rental properties in Tennessee

Hi,I am looking to buy multiple investment properties in Memphis, Tennessee. Although a U.S. citizen, I work and live primarily in Australia so here is what I am looking for:1. I need to find a lender who does not require me to fly to Tennessee for closing. I need to be able to receive/return the closing docs via express mail. 2. I understand that I have to get separate loans for each property I buy but I would like to be able to get the loans at the same time through the same lender. 3. Though I file taxes in the US, my income is Australian and I have been told some lenders may not consider this. I need one that will. No primary residences, just investment properties. No current properties held. Last I checked my credit was above 650.If you can confirm that you are able to work with me based on this info then I will happily proceed with providing the necessary docs/application but I would first like confirmation that you can work with the above restrictions as I have had a few false starts with lenders who didn't really read my email.
