The shortest waiting period after a bk7 is 2 years with FHA and VA, if there was no foreclosure involved.. If there was a home involved in the BK, then it's 3 years from the date the property was transferred out of your name, not the discharge date... you still have to have re established credit and your score has to meet the minimum.. you also have to have sufficient debt to income ratios to qualify.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com

Hello! You have been provided with the accurate information below and while the black and white answer is 2 years from the discharge date, lenders can have different overlays and options to help you with. I am in northern CO as well and would be more than happy to provide you with a free credit analysis to see if you can qualify now or advise you what needs to be done in order to qualify in the future. Best of luck!! Kim. Kclancy@firstcal.net
