Veteran Deceased - Looking to Refinance a VA Loan

My grandfather willed his home to us and it has been vacant for almost a year. we would like to refinance, take some money out to fix up the home and sell it (maybe a HELOC. The loan is still a VA loan and still in my grandfathers name.My grandmother passed before him, so I am the only living relative. Can I refinance? by Brandi17_Greege573 from Patterson, Illinois. You can. It depends on your credit, your income, and the loan to value of the property. But you wont be able to use a VA loan (unless you are a veteran yourself). You can contact me for more details if you wish. My contact info is rob@providencehomelending.com and my contact number is 608-227-2002.

If you want to live there, you can do a 203-k. I also offer a conventional loan for an investment property. If you want to flip it then you should do a fix & flip. Call me to discuss your options or you can go to my website and fill out an application. Barclay Butler. 224-420-9990. www.barclaybutlerfinancial.com
