VA LOAN after BK

HI, I'm a LO in Florida and have a tricky deal, maybe someone out there knows a lender that would make the exception:purchase in Florida SFR: 315,000.00mid fico 650dti 45%24 months rental history 2200.00 per month and 50k in assets(these are 2 very important compensating factors, showing the willingness to pay)Here's the bad, Chapter 7 in 08/10 VA only requires 2 yrs BUT there were 2 foreclosures included in BK one over 2 yrs and one good caught up with lenders going Bk themselves and just got the deed transferred in January of this year.
