Hello, My name is Jim Steinberg and I am licensed a mortgage banker with Citizens Home Loans of America. 695 is a great score for a VA loan. If you are looking for a purchase loan we can get you a 100% loan with no down payment and no costly PMI.If you are looking to refinance, we can also do a 100% loan with no PMI. You may qualify for a program that we have that gives you a 3% forgivable grant that you can use for closing costs. Please call me at 513-667-6603 for more info or apply direct at JimSteinbergBanker.com. I come to the home to make presentations or any place of your choice. Thank you,Jim
The best advice I can give you is to contact a LOCAL mortgage broker and apply with them. Once they see your complete loan profile, they will be better equipped to advise you properly. Also, by applying with your LOCAL Broker, you have an advantage because he's familiar with local customs and works with many lenders with each one offering a different type of lending program. This is unlike the local bank which typically only has a few lending programs. The more lenders, the more lending options, and the more likely your scenario will be accepted.. Plus, the broker is experienced in seeking out the best loan terms for your particular scenario, and he has lower overhead which typically results in lower rates and fees than most of the larger lenders.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. VA loans are awesome... Score alone does not make a loan approval, but with a 695 score, you don't need to worry about that aspect of the financing. I strongly suggest you contact a LOCAL VA lender located somewhere in your own backyard, which I define simply as a lender you could drive to if needed. Give them a full application, and let them determine if you qualify. For VA loans in MN, and western WI, visit me at www.VA-IRRRL-Loan-MN.com
