VA and HE Dliemma

I am a Vet with a VA Loan of about 98k i have another NON-VA HE Loan of about 73k. Both Loans are at 6%. I am trying to lower my rate, not get 'screwed' in points from anyone (VA or otherwise), combine the loans and get ultimately a lower payment at the current 15yr term.Although not appraised profesionally, the Comp's in my neighborhood in Miami ate about 160-170k I've contacted the first loan provider (Chase), who is ready to do a VA quick re-fi at a lower rate with points, which i dont agree with. That one's not the issue.The second lender (RBS) no longer writes paper in Florida and wont even talk to me. Each time i call to service my loan or ask questions, i get, we cant help you because we dont do business in FLA.As i said looking for a re-fi/modification/whatever that will do a 100 LTV. My wife and i have always been on time with our payments (in fact we pay every two weeks) and both of us have a Fico of 820+.HELP! by ssulli_779_955 from Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Oct 22nd 2012 Reply
