My wife and I are looking for a lender that does 100% financing if possible. we want to build a custom home and have some money saved up for a down payment just in case. Our combined income is near $80000 by vincentccasino32663 from El Toro, California. Jun 16th 2015
Hello, please send your loan scenario to my email: lisa@justintimeloans.biz or call (415) 439-0170 let's talk about it.
If the builder will build the home, and just let you make a small deposit today... The USDA loan is a great option as long as you income qualify, and the house is in a USDA eligible area. Contact a local mortgage broker in your area for more assistance. For USDA loans in MN, WI, and SD, visit www.MortgagesUnlimited.biz/usda
100% financing on a new construction custom home will be near impossible to find.. Tract home will usually take a small $1,000 to $10,000 deposit upfront and once the home is complete, you just apply for a mortgage.. no construction loan needed.. but for a full up custom home, your more than likely going to need 20% or more down.. The best advice I can give you is to contact a LOCAL mortgage broker and apply with them. Once they see your complete loan profile, they will be better equipped to advise you properly. Also, by applying with your LOCAL Broker, you have an advantage because he's familiar with local customs and works with many lenders with each one offering a different type of lending program. This is unlike the local bank which typically only has a few lending programs. The more lenders, the more lending options, and the more likely your scenario will be accepted.. Plus, the broker is experienced in seeking out the best loan terms for your particular scenario, and he has lower overhead which typically results in lower rates and fees than most of the larger lenders.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J.
