Upside down 100K, not backed by Fannie or Freddie, are there any other options to refi?

FHA, VA and USDA also have refinance options where value is not considered.. if you don't qualify for any of these types of refi programs, then there's not much you can do.. There is a bill before congress which is supposed to be an extension of HARP 2.0.. everyone is calling it HARP 3.0, but it's stalled and has very little support.. unless this program actually get's passed, it's unlikely there will be any type of refinance relief for you.. ..
