They either hire experienced underwriters or they hire office personnel and move the from one phase to the next until they have a complete understanding of the entire process.. Setup, processing, underwriting, final review, quality control.. are all steps in working a mortgage loan application for approval and doc preparation... so not an easy process, and with the government constantly changing the rules, it's an even more difficult process than ever...
