I own two homes. I want to refinance both. Can/will lenders give me a deal on the cost to refi? I'm going to move forward, but I would like to save some cash. Any ideas or recommendations? by sox34_642_967 from San Diego, California. Sep 14th 2011
It's very likely you will get a deal from your mortgage guy, but only if your using a broker, not a bank... the bank loan officer's hands might be tied.. he might tell you he's giving you a deal, but that would just be a sales pitch.. if you are dealing with a mortgage broker, then he will absoultely give you a deal on 2 refi's... Good luck.. WilliamAcres.com

I would certainly be able to give you some concession on doing both loans with me. Add that to the fact that we have some of the lowest closing cost in the San Diego area and I think I could hook you up (so to speak). Give me a call at 619.787.8212 if you want to work local AND save some $$$$$. All my best, Deborah
