Two real estate questions...
I just moved to Texas in the Austin area and I wanting to know in great detail about these two questions Ive formulated:1.) What the impact of history on modern real estate practices in the United States?AND2.) Why does Texas not use the Judicial foreclosure? ***(I know that nonjudicial is used all the time but judicial isn't for some reason and im wanting to know exactly why in detail.)*** by love.inspire440 from , California.
