The "mortagee" may be helpful if you called and explained what you are trying to accomplish, however with the privacy laws, it may be difficult.

You need to call Bank of America.. if you have a mortgage statement, the contact info would be on that form.. If your're trying to contact the VA, then you can just go to VA.gov and get the number there.. .. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona.
