Stated Income Loans

Individually, they all exist.. but combined they don't.. Are there stated income loans? Kinda.. the lender might require 12 to 24 months bank statements or other verified assets... but there is something like that.. Self-Employed loans.. yep.. got those too... Portfolio based lending.. yes.. it's available.. High LTV,,,, 3% down, or even zero down.. however, combine high LTV with any other of these features,,,, . nope.. not gonna happen.. you want stated income, you need to come to the table with 20% to 40% down..
