Hello from Albuquerque! Great question as many are unaware that there is no wait period to get a new FHA loan after selling a home that also had an FHA loan. In addition to that, you could be eligible (if needed) for down payment assistance through the state of NM on a home you are looking to purchase now. Call or email me to see if you qualify.... I can do this at no charge. Just part of the service I offer. Thank you! Charlie Sparks, 505-350-3745 or csparks@pcmloan.com. NMLS# 195031

There is no waiting period so long as you didn't short sell the home.. If it was a short sale, then 3 years is the mandatory waiting period.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. unless it was a "short sale" or similar problem, there is no waiting period at all.

You should be good to go, there is no waiting period between fha loans. I hope this helps. Jesse Stroup | California Mortgage Professional | www.JesseStroup.com | NMLS# 6229
