Hello. As you can see by the lack of response to your post, there are no longer any stated income loans permissable in the US. Once in a while you will run into equity based lending by venture capital platforms or private money loans, but the costs and rates are atrotious. We have several options for you besides stated. If you state more income than what is shown on your tax returns you are committing mortgage fraud. Lenders will receive your last two years tax transcripts even on a "stated loan."Happy funding, Rudi
