Self employed applying for a loan
My family fell in love with a mobile home across town that is listed for sale at $90k with $500 a month lot rent. We have around $50k saved and we would love to buy the home and turn it into a rental. We are both self-employed with no verifiable income. Typically, Manufactured homes on rented lots are not eligible for traditional mortgages. It is extremely difficult to find lenders willing to do a loan under $50,000 either.
