Refinance on my house

I have a 4 bedroom, 2-bath, double-wide manufactured home, on a permanent foundation, on my 80' X 120' lot, close to schools, and in good condition. I have a balance of just under $90,000.oo, and am interested in possible refinancing, preferrably with an equity minimizer program. by Roypaz_730_884 from Duncan, Michigan. Oct 19th 2011 Reply

There are very few lenders that will consider a manufactured home. Most, if not all of the traditionl banks will not. You will need to do some leg work to find a local Mortgage Banker or Mortgage Broker that specialized in manufactured homes. Use the internet (google, Ask, Yahoo, etc). Expertise and pricing are all over the place in this product niche, so do some shopping. Good luck.

There are a few lenders who will do MF homes, however you need to search locally. Depending on your current interest rate and loan program will determine if there is a Net Tangible Benefit to you. Also, just about anyone can set you up for the bi-monthly payment program. WilliamAcres.com

First off- I want to gain clarity on the program you have in mind... Q. Is the equity Minimizer you are referring to a Bi-Weekly Interest Savings Payment option that will allow you to save tens of thousands of dollars on interest payments on your loan and build equity much faster? -Or is it used for other homeowner circumstances -or when is little to no equity?. While there is not a lot of current lender appetite for manufactured Homes, I still want you to contact me. I have additional information that might really make a big difference for you. These are some possible outlets for you; subject to answers to the questions that I must ask you. I think I can possibly make a difference for you.Thank you for your time and consideration.Respectfully,Patrick MunceGoldstar Financial#1 FHA Lender In the entire tri-county Detroit Metro Area248-514-6560pmunce@goldstarfinancial.com
