HI There: 30 yr fixed we are looking at high 4% (apr 4.231)right with no pts based on yesterdays rate....Arms would be mid to high 3% (3.324%) range ...Also credit scores have a pricing adjustment also depending if over 700 etc...(Mike 703 505 5300) NMLS # 754875
