Realtor refused to put in my bid!!
my realtor is refusing to put in our bid. it's only $25k less than what seller is even asking. dont think this is his place to refuse - he needs to just submit the bid. the house has been on the market for a year!!! can he do this by law? what can i do about this? by prestonr_greene688 from State College, Pennsylvania. Talk to the realtor again. If the problem is not resolved go to the broker of the realtor office. Then if the problem has not been solved, asked to have the broker/realtor agreement released. Go to another realtor for your services.
