quick claim deed transfer?

Getting your name added on to title is an easy process. You can go to your local title company and they can accomplish this for a nominal fee.

My advice would be to talk to an Estate Planning Attorney in your state since this is something that you want planned in the EVENT of death. Hope this helps.
