An old bankruptcy does not prevent you from HARP refinance loans. Even regular mortgage loans only have a few years waiting period after a bankruptcy. Usually between 2-4 years after a bankruptcy is all you need to wait. www.Minneapolis-Mortgage.net

If your BK is 3 years or older, you should be okay.
