Certainly. I have many mortgage products that will allow NO MI with 10% down. You're 730 credit score will assist as well.Shilo Zitting 801.550.1796/435.632.6796Z@shilozitting.com ShiloZitting.com

Kay,You will most likely be better served doing a conventional loan with 10% down with no Mortgage Insurance with the credit scores you have. Call me for more details. I can help! Clark Harvey 801-562-9100 or my website is www.ClarkHarvey.com

There are a number of mortgage programs that will allow you to not have mortgage insurance with 10% down, just not FHA. With a 730 score, you will also have favorable pricing/rates. Feel free to contact me for more info on this & I will be happy to assist you.Brandon Brady 801-716-5241 b.brady@crmtg.biz

Many lenders offer Lender Paid Mortgage Insurance, or LPMI. How it works is that you take a slightly higher interest rate (usually 1/4 to 3/8 higher) and the lender pays the MI for you upfront. Your monthly payment is usually a bit higher with the higher rate, but a lot less than it would be with MI. Check with your local lenders to see if they offer this. (And I'm unable to help, as I do not do loans in Utah.)

With 10% down and those scores, you will have a lot of options. There are a number of different ways to handle the mortgage insurance and you should have the flexibility to choose the option that works best for you. Feel free to give me a call anytime so we can talk about those options and answer any questions you may have. Jason 801-758-9962
