i plan to get a va streamline refinance and haven't worked with anyone yet but pretty sure i'd qualify since my credit is 728, I have little debt and have reliable income. however my home has dropped in value thanks to the market and i'd like to know what to do to ensure the appraisal goes smoothly and i get max benefit by rykercola9827429 from Brandon, Florida. VA IRRRL's do not require an appraisal, however your lender still might want one anyway.. (if you shop around, you will find a lender who wont require one).. If you need an appraisal, then the best thing you can do to insure the highest value is to completely clean and un clutter your entire property, inside and out, and be sure all maintenance issues are dealt with.. (chipping paint, broken windows, bad calking, overgrown landscaping, etc.).. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com

With your credit we should be able to utilize an AVM rather than an appraisal. Let's discuss your VA loan scenario in more detail. Contact me at 800 315 8803. I would shop around for a lender that does not require an appraisal for an IRRRL. I only lend in Florida.
