underwriting...ready to throw in the towel..

im at the underwriting process already sent all my paperwork, w2s 1099's and they have already requested my transcripts for the last 3 years...here is the catch they have the transcripts for 2011 and 2012 but 2013 is coming back as not available even though i filed in early February but just paid the full amount of taxes owed on may 14th. I keep reading on other websites that if you owe money on your taxes that transcripts are not available until the full amount is paid up (which i just paid on the may 14th) and after that they wont be available till 2-3 weeks after they settle the payment. my concern is that the contract for the house expired on the 14th of may and the sellers are getting anxious and do not want to loose the house. has anybody ran into this issue? what can be done? anybody has any experience with bb&t underwriting? im to the point to just throw everything to hell and take my losses already since i have paid for surveys, appraisals and inspections. l/o tells me not to give up that we are very close but from what i read it could take a long time for the 2013 transcript to be available. by ralph03131532 from , Florida. This time of year gets tricky on 4506T results. A question to ask your LO to ask BB&T is if you go to the IRS with your returns and get them stamped, will they accept them. Show the returns stamped by IRS with the paid receipts gives a strong case for a manager to sign off it.
