Are HARP rates higher than conventional in general?

Good Morning, Currently our HARP rates are the same as a Conventional rate.

HARP rates are about the same as conventional. Rates will vary of course based on such factors as the loan to value, your credit score, and the loan amount.

Rates would be about the same, but there are better improvements if you have lots of equity with a non HARP refinance.. typically if your have more than 30% equity, you will get the best rates on a regular refinance..
