Are there any loans for manufactured homes?

There are but very few lenders do them.. those that do will usually require a higher credit score or have higher down payment requirements.. Understand that when it comes to MFH.. they are the first property type to decline in value when the overall market is going down, and they are the last property type to increase in value in a rising market.. because of this, it makes this property type more risky. Yes there are, but the manufactured home must meet certain guidelines to qualify. A lot of lenders don't provide them but there are plenty who still do as long as the property and you qualify of course. You will also find that you will have more options if the property is a modular instead of a manufactured. Best wishes, Sean
