Can I Refinance Again For 15 years?

Refi whenever you like and there is a benefit.

If you qualify, you can. The question is why? In 5 years from now ou own your home free and clear. There must be other options for your situation. This would be a drastic measure. .... Happy funding, Rudi

There is no reason that you can't do this.. I would just be curious as to what would motivate you to do something like that. Your house will be paid off soon, but it is possible that you could save a significant amount of money if you did this ... if that is what you are looking to achieve.
