Is there a process for unmarried partners to qualify for a mortgage? by johnltz from Miami, Florida. Jun 16th 2010 Reply

It's the same as married people except you need 2 separate applications. I would not advise it, for reasons other than the mortgage process, but if you choose to do so, there is nothing different. Both must meet minimum qualifications.

Easy process. FHA can qualify with 620 score. Please email me to get the process started and get you some rates. Freedom Mortgage is a direct lender and a National Lender. Please email me at adennie@fmbranch.com.

The process isn't any different than the normal process. You are able to chose how you would like to hold title. Both borrowers would need a minimum score of 580 in order to qualify for a FHA Loan. Please email me if you have any questions.

Yes I have done these in the past and its was no sweat and there is not really any additional paperwork besides another loan application etc.. each borrower will need to have 580 fico scores and above for FHA Loan products .Jeffrey Martino Young with Essex Mortgage Bank of Santa Rosa,Ca,95404 toll free # 1-877-870-2676 and online at http://www.fhasubmissions.com
