I am going to be a first time home buyer. How long after escrow opens can I apply for my loan. I am out of my town the whole first week after it opens due to business. All parties have agreed to a forty day escrow, but I'm not sure if I can wait a week without starting the loan process. We're still shopping for rates. Credit scores great and we will be putting 25% down. by stacypoulson9 from Flushing, New York. Apr 9th 2010
As long as the lender has enough time to process and close the loan by the close date you should be fine. Give me a call if you would like to discuss rates and time frames! Take care. Lea Snyder - Summit Mortgage - 503-577-3895.
Stacy - you have a 40 day escrow so you should be fine.I am not sure what state you are located in or who your lender is but we originate, process, underwrite and fund our loans under one roof in our office in Orange County, California in two to three weeks,Unlike other lenders if.you want a status of your loan you will never get the run around or have your loan fail to close on time from Essex Mortgage Bank.Jeffrey Martino Young toll free 1-866-936-8478.
I think you will have sufficient time to accomplish your goal. I would advise that you work with a Loan Officer that is accurate, yet swift. It is very important that you do not lose any time during the process.Mel845-290-3319
