As of today they are now reviewing loans submitted on November 5, later today they will be reviewing loans submitted on November 6.I hope this helps, you can expect a backup for some time in the near future since USDA has made many towns ineligible for a USDA loan starting this spring. For more information visit our website at www.NCMortgages.net
USDA has one speed.. And that's low speed... lots of submissions, and limited underwriters, makes for long turn times... but hang in there... They'll get to it eventually..... William is mostly correct, but USDA has two speeds... Slow and Slower. Keep the faith. They will get to it and you will be able to close soon. ~ Bert Carpenter, The LoansA2z team of NOVA Home Loans ~ NMLS 40586 ~ Licensed in California and Arizona ~ www.LoansA2z.com 888-889-9950
Sorry, this isn't really the right forum for that question. Suggest you call your loan officer or their processor and find out - or call USDA directly yourself. Good luck
Nov 3rd, USDA is backed up and System was down Friday.
Very backed up. Have your loan Officer get exact details on where your loan stands.
