I have a credit score of 617 and want to refinance my home. Could you help?

There are lenders out there that will go down to 617, however the guidelines are very strict and most don't qualify... it's best to work on your credit score to get it up.. You're not far from the 640 most lenders want to see.. it could be something as simple as paying down a few credit cards.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. I can help you by running a report to analyze your credit and determine what it will take to rasie your score to 620. We have a minimum score requirement of 620 but you can find other lenders that will refinance you with a score of 617.Thanks
