If your current loan is FHA, then yes.. There are lenders out there who will follow FHA Streamline refinance guidelines where the only requirement is that the mortgage payment be made on time for the last 12 months. To verify this, they will run a "Mortgage Only" credit report.. . If your current loan is a VA loan, then yes again... there are lenders out there that follow VA IRRRL guidelines.. If it's a conventional or USDA loan, then you would need to wait at least 2 years.. If there was a foreclosure involved in the BK, then you could still refinance your current FHA via Streamline, but VA, USDA and conventional you would have to wait at least 3 years... I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com

Sure, Vinny the chin down at the docks will do it for you for like 80% plus the vig....No, no traditional lender will give you a loan one year out of a 7 BK, gotta wait 3 yrs in most cases.

As Linda said, not an option for you through any traditional source. If you have a large downpayment (25-30%) you might find a private lender or hard money lender who would do it.
