HARP eligibility rules can be found here - http://www.seattleharprefinance.comIt's going to be tough as guidelines state no late payments within 6 months. Best bet, if it's even possible, will be to get payments current for the next 6 months and then apply with your existing lender. They'll have more flexibility in an issue like this than another lender.
