It shouldn't be a problem.. at the top of this page, "Find a Lender" tab, type in your zip code, and you will get a list of LOCAL mortgage brokers.. Start calling.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. 480-287-5714 WilliamAcres.com

Sorry Ralph, I'm not aware of anyone willing to go above 135 without a PIW. There used to be a couple, but they all seem to have retrenched. And Larry, really, a Property Inspection Waiver? Yes, there are lenders out there with unlimited LTV/CLTV, just as Fannie and Freddie HARP guidelines permit. I just closed one with a 244% (not a typo) WITH an appraisal. Unlimited LTV/CLTV means just that. The trick is to find the lender that offers this without their own overlays/limitations. I am also a Florida lender. Please feel free to contact me with questions.

I can broker the loan to New Penn with a 680+ score. They just announced there is no longer a PIW requirement over 105%. We are FDIC and can lend in Florida. Eric Vander Werff 206-794-6388

lbennett a PIW is a Property Inspection Waiver. Apparently, you do not do these. Please don't be rude to those that are asking technical questions and expect an informed answer. Thanks!
