That's a tough one.. FHA allows for single wide financing, so long as the home is attached with a certificate and the home was built after 1976, but good luck finding a lender willing to do one.. Let me just say that when it comes to property valuations, Mobile homes are the first to decline in a down market and they are the last to appreciate in a rising market.. Even if you find a lender willing to do one... Why would you want to.. bad, bad, bad investment... I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona.
