You could potentially refinance with 633 mid-FICO score. It should be noted that if you could raise your mid-FICO score above 640 that you would increase your odds for a more favorable interest rate, as well as minimize any underwriting overlays.
Yes you can, as long as your middle credit score is 620 or higher. If you would like more details, feel free to call on me. Patrick McCarthy, Stonegate Mortgage, 614-310-7520
Yes, we have lenders that will go all the way to 580, but the rates are a little high. 620 is the magic number, as long as your middle score is 620 or higher. Call me, Jeff Thirey, Sr. Loan Officer, @ 630-253-9915 or jthirey@comcast.net.

YES, and I have been a credit underwriter, and maybe there is something on there, that we can work on getting your score higher.. My phone is 602-330-1598 what is the size of your loan? that will make a difference on what new loan for you, and do you have a current VA OR FHA LOAN?? my email is yourloanpartnerforlife@live.com
Yes. You could also work with a local Licensed Mortgage Professional to see if you can get your score up 7 points to a 640. At 640, you open up a whole bunch of additional lenders that would be willing to lend to you with that score. There are other factors that will come into play that may alter the benefit of a refi. The best thing to do is work with a local Licensed Mortgage Professional. You can cind one here at Lender411 or check out the National Association of Mortgage Professionals at www.NAMB.org. ~ Bert Carpenter, The LoansA2z team of NOVA Home Loans ~ NMLS 40586 ~ www.LoansA2z.com
