All you need to do is go on Fannie or Freddie website and put in your address to check whether your loan is from them or not.

Because if it wasn't secured prior to June 1st, 2009, you won't be eligible for a HARP 2.0 refinance.Also, I'm located here in Southern California and already accepting applications for the HARP 2 refinance program.
