Yes... but it depends on what the use of the property is.. if it's a rental , then you apply as investor owned, you will have to come in with at least one month's interest plus a little more.. if you co signed for someone else who still lives in the property, you can do a zero cash out of pocket refinance. Contact a local mortgage broker, not a bank and apply with them... they can look at your complete profile and find the right lender for your scenario.. WilliamAcres.com
