New to REI and looking for funding

I am excited to enter the REI arena and I plan to get funding from private money lenders. What are the requirements in this case? Are they the same as a bank loan? by drezet583 from Miami, Florida. Mar 28th 2022 Reply

Typically, Private money lenders are harsher in their criteria and pricing. It may be likely that you do not need the expensive services of a private lender. Reach out and we can discuss your situation. We have access to over 100 investors with unique products that may serve you better. You can do No-Doc rental loans with as little as 15% down. If you are looking to do a rehab loan (fix & flip) you can get away with as little as 10% down depending on your experience. I lend in CA, FL, IL, GA, NC, SC, & TN for residential loans, and lend throughout the country for commercial loans. We can go down to 500 scores for VA & FHA. Barclay Butler.
