There is no limit, but the decision to refinance should be driven by the benefits you get by refinancing. Odds are today's rates are lower than on your current loan and you could significantly reduce your payment. I'd be happy to discuss what a refinance would look like, just reach out. ~ Bert Carpenter, The LoansA2z Team of NEXA Mortgage ~ NMLS 40586 ~ At NEXA, we've got you covered. There are no restrictions on refinancing your mortgage(s). The only thing to consider is the pros and cons of doing a refinance. Such as comparing your current interest rate and terms. Rates are in fact better than they were 3 years ago, so you should have options to benefit you. I'm here to answer any questions that you might have, feel free to reach out directly anything.

You can refinance anytime you want. If if makes sense, do it. Rates from about three years ago to today will probably have it make sense. Reach out to a local mortgage broker in your area to run your numbers. I lend in WI MN IA ND SD. I can be reached at WI-MortgageBroker.com - Cambria Mortgage, NMLS 274132
