My lender is refusing to cancel our deal after i signed a intent to proceed. What do I do? I emailed her twice & left voicemail.

Hi, you are under no obligations to do anything. Just stop responding, and of course, don't show up to any closing. I lend in WI, MN, IA, ND, and SD. Find me at iMortgageJoe.com NMLS274132

You're OK. This is America... nobody can MAKE you do anything. Unless its your Mother. Mothers can make us do anything.. like take out the trash or make our beds. Mothers are lucky like that.

The fact that she has failed to respond to you amplifies why you should not be moving forward with her anyway. You are under NO obligation to continue with her. You have already cancelled with her when you sent the first email, so you are now free to either pursue the transaction with anyone else, or to not move forward with anyone if that is your decision ~ Bert Carpenter, The LoansA2z Team of NEXA Mortgage ~ NMLS 40586 ~ Licensed in Arizona, California, Georgia, Oregon, and Washington.
