You can not use the VA for just land only. Let me know if you have other questions. Kyle2539701126 or 2534606000 Local. Take care

Traditional mortgages (VA, FHA, Conventional) are for residential dwelling on a parcel of land. If you are looking to purchase raw land, seek out financing from a local Community Bank. Generally, the buyer invests 40% of the purchase price, and the lender will finance the other 60%. Buyers must be well qualified both in terms of income and credit. ~ Bert Carpenter, The LoansA2z Team of NEXA Mortgage ~ NMLS 40586 ~ Licensed in Arizona, California, Georgia, Oregon, and Washington.
