I'm not aware of any loan program that goes anywhere near that low of a score. Most first time home buyer programs, and especially down payment assistance generally start in the 640 range or higher. Mortgage people are not credit repair people, and we generally just refer you to credit repair companies we are familiar with. Good luck!
