Regarding the information you provided. The price range you entered of $15,000 to $30,000, seems very low for a one family purchase home. Most Lenders in my area do not offer a low mortgage on a purchase for that low amount.Is it possible that you are purchasing in an area for "Mobile" homes and if so it would be better to use the finance they offer along with the rates they offer. Or is this a HUD owned property? If so, again it would be better to go straight with them for the finance. You can also check with them to see if the co-borrower would be required. They may be able to do the loan with your low score without a co-borrower based on the 'low loan amount'. Hope this helps you out.
