No.. in fact, if you were looking at an "earth" home here in the US, you would have a very hard time finding a loan for it.. but in Costa Rica, most likely not going to happen. I'm not familiar with any lender who will lend in Costa Rica, and if you do find one, its highly unlikely they will do an earth home.
